Refund policy
Thank you for supporting YMCA of the Rockies through our online store. All items in our store are made to order and fulfilled through Printify, a print-on-demand partner. Because of this production model, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect size, color selection, or change of mind).
All Sales Are Final Unless:

The product arrives damaged, or
-
There is a manufacturing error (e.g., misprint, defect)
If your item meets one of these criteria, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. Include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item showing the issue

A description of the problem
You do not need to return the item.
We will work with Printify to offer either:

A free replacement, or
-
A refund to your original payment method (if applicable)
Important Notes:

Refunds and reprints are not available for incorrect orders due to customer input (e.g., selecting the wrong size or color).

For items impacted by unsuccessful delivery (e.g., incorrect address), we can offer a partial refund or reprint at additional cost.

Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5”) are considered acceptable for DTG items and not eligible for refund.
